THE XTENSION PROCESS

Simply click on any of our Let’s Begin…. buttons and fill out our contact form with a brief outline of your particular project including site address, your contact details and photos if available.

XTENSION will assess your project and call you to arrange a site visit.

On our initial visit to your property we will carry out a site survey and discuss your specific requirements. We will also go through a selection of our designs with an aim to identify one that is appropriate for your property and your needs.

Armed with the above information we’ll head back to our office to create a detailed design & build package for your project. If required we can produce elevation drawings at this stage.

When we are happy with our proposal we will arrange another site visit with you to go through the design in detail.

Once we have refined the plan and agreed it with you we will prepare costings and timescales to carry out the build.

When the estimate has been approved by you we will book your project in the diary and you can sit back and relax assured that your Extension is in safe hands.
